The science of living better, longer — read honestly.
Longevity Stack is an evidence-based guide to the habits, nutrition and compounds that research actually supports. No miracle cures. No guru energy. Just the peer-reviewed evidence, read fairly.

What this site is
- Research you can check. Every meaningful claim links to its source — a paper, a trial, a meta-analysis — not to another blog.
- Honest about uncertainty. When the science is weak, mixed or early, we say so. You won’t get a confident answer where the data isn’t confident.
- Practical, not preachy. We turn findings into things you can actually do, and leave the moralising out.
- Independent. Nobody pays us to write nice things. Any affiliate or sponsored link is always disclosed.
What we’re not
- No “anti-aging” miracle claims or fearmongering.
- No ten-step “longevity routines” that cost thousands and do nothing.
- No selling supplements you don’t need.
Why we built this
Longevity is drowning in noise. Influencers sell five-figure routines and $200 supplements dressed up as science, while the real evidence-backed stuff — sleep, movement, diet, a handful of well-studied compounds — rarely gets a fair hearing.
So we built the site we wanted to read: clear, sourced, and honest about what works, what doesn’t, and what science simply doesn’t know yet.
How we read science
We don’t cherry-pick. One study is a headline, not evidence.
- We weigh the whole body of research, not a single flattering result.
- We note conflicting findings instead of hiding them.
- We flag anything preliminary as preliminary.
- If a claim can’t be traced to a real source, it doesn’t get published here.

Who writes this
Longevity Stack is written by Alex Whitmore, the editorial voice behind this site. His background is in e-commerce and digital business, not medicine — which is exactly why every claim here is sourced to the published studies, and why we flag uncertainty instead of hiding it. This site is independent and accepts no money from supplement makers for coverage.
Longevity Stack is for information and education only — it is not medical advice. Always speak to a qualified clinician before changing your diet, supplement routine or health habits.
